Free Shipping is available to addresses in the Contiguous US Lower 48 states on orders over $75
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lunaraya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Lunaraya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Products:
Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. If you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to work with you to make sure you receive the correct product if we can.
*Claims for the incorrect products must be done within 14 days of receiving your package. If filing after this time frame, Lunaraya will not be held liable for these issues.*
Lost Packages:
If a package is lost in shipment, please contact the courier as soon as possible with your tracking number and report that your package has been lost in transit to you. Once you have completed this step, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you and the courier to get you your product as soon as possible.
